This magnificant 16th century house was
entirely restored. It is situated in the countryside,
in a calm area 5 minutes from Vergt, a little village implanted south-west
of Périgueux, with a market-place where you can find shops, chemists,
banks and supermarkets.
Ancient English bastide from the end of the 13th century,
Vergt has become the strawberry capital since 1946. The
market square, with its covered market surrounded by cafés and numerous
boutiques, welcomes a very active farmer's market every
Friday morning.

| You will also be able to relax by doing your leisure activities (swimming,
fishing, water-slide, pedal-boat) at Neuf Fond lake, 5 minutes away on
bicycle. For the more sporty, they will be able to unwind at the sports-complex
made up of soccer, ugby, basket-ball and French bowls'fields but also
with horse-back riding, mountain-biking and pedestrian paths. |
Implanted in the heart of Périgord, our house is situated 30 minutes from
the Périgord noir (Sarlat) and 20 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac.
It has a nice dominant view of the country side, a closed court-yard and
a 5 000 m² garden.
